HUB 308 is developing five new community-focused rooms in our lower level to meet local needs and support well-being. Plans include a food pantry, yoga and wellness space, distance learning classrooms, and storage for baby supplies and diapers — all designed with our neighbors in mind.

Our vision for HUB 308 continues to grow with the development of five new community rooms in our lower level — flexible spaces designed to reflect the evolving needs of Imperial and the wider Chase County community.

Current plans for these rooms include:

  • A food pantry to support local families facing food insecurity

  • A yoga and wellness studio for classes, movement, and mental well-being

  • Distance learning classrooms in partnership with NWU and Doane College for honors courses and continued education

  • A baby supplies and diaper storage room to serve young families in need

  • Additional space to be adapted based on community feedback and partnerships

Do you have an idea for the Future Community Rooms at HUB 308?

These rooms are more than just space — they’re part of our commitment to creating access, support, and opportunity for everyone who walks through our doors.

Have an idea for how one of our future community rooms could serve Imperial or the wider Chase County community?
