As a 501(c)(3) organization, HUB 308 — short for Hometown Unity Building in area code 308 — was founded to be a true HUB for Imperial and the wider Chase County community. We formed this corporation to create a welcoming and accessible space where people can gather, share, and grow together.

The design and structure of HUB 308 are intentionally crafted to serve, support, and uplift our neighbors. Rooted in accessibility, collaboration, and care, it’s a place where connection thrives and ideas grow into action.

Our building features an ADA-accessible layout with several flexible spaces:

• Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces – Ideal for small and large gatherings, organizational meetings, and graduation and birthday parties.

• Gallery/Common Area – A flexible open space perfect for art displays, pop-ups, and community exhibits.

• Office Spaces– Affordable office space rentals for individuals, nonprofits, or small businesses seeking a supportive, community-centered environment.

• Home of Faith United Methodist Church – Their presence brings a spirit of care, hospitality, and inclusion to the space.

On the lower level, we offer:

• Commercially Certified Kitchen Rental – Available for local food production, cooking classes, and catering prep.

• Additional Storage Area

• Temperature-Controlled Storage Room Rentals

• Future Community Rooms – These rooms will soon be activated to meet evolving community needs.
